This is a stylish new kitchen with beech wood units, electric oven with ceramic hob, and matching stainless steel/glass extractor. It has an excellent range of kitchen equipment and quality appliances which include a fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. |
| The hallway is large and leads to the main bathroom, and the three bedrooms. | The bathroom has a traditional feel with a coastal theme, white fittings and a shower over the bath. Good quality hand and bath towels are provided, with a good range of toiletries. |

| The bedrooms | The double bedroom is comfortable with an oak frame bed, co-ordinated linen, wooden furniture and a TV. This room also has a newly fitted en-suite shower room. |
The twin room is the largest of the three, and is almost 4 metres square. It has two single beds and a bed settee which converts to a double. The furniture is waxed pine, and the bed linen is colour co-ordinated. The room benefits from a T.V and from the window it has views of the Cheviot Hills. |
