Once you have checked for availability and contacted us to confirm dates, please read through the booking conditions and go to How to Book.

1. There will be a contract made for a short term holiday let between the client and the owners of 3 Alexandra House. The contract will start when a confirmation of booking is issued.

2. A deposit of 25% of the rental fee is payable on booking, but only if the booking is made 2 months before the rental dates. The balance must then be paid 2 months before the start of the holiday. If the holiday rental is booked less than 2 months before the start of the holiday payment is required in full when booked.

3. Any cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the address at the bottom of the booking form. Once this is received the owners will try to re-let the property. If the property is re-let then an administration charge of £50 per week (or part) will be deducted from any money paid by the client, and the balance refunded. If the property is not re-let, then any money paid by the client will be forfeit.

4. A GOOD HOUSEKEEPING deposit of £100 shall be paid with the full booking payment 2 months before the start of the rental. This amount will be refunded within 7 working days if the property has been left in a clean and tidy condition and all booking conditions have been met.

5. The property holds a maximum of 7 guests.

6. The rentals will start at 3pm on the day of arrival and finish at 10.30 am on the day of departure.

7. The apartment is no smoking and unfortunately pets are not allowed.

Further Details:

a) Bookings are Saturday to Saturday, except for Christmas and New Year as they differ year on year.

b) A weekend short break is Friday to Monday - 3 nights, and a mid week short break is Monday to Friday (4 nights for the price of 3)

c) All bookings are subject to a £100 good housekeeping deposit

d) Prices include all linen, towels, electricity, with a bottle of wine and chocolates on arrival.

e) No pets or smoking please.
